The Starting Point.
Federal Individual Returns $250
For the 2025 tax season, Federal Individual Returns (Form 1040) are $250. To keep everything running smoothly and avoid last-minute stress, I ask that all tax documents be submitted by March 15, 2025. Documents received after that date may require filing an extension and will include a $100 late fee. Just a reminder, an extension gives us more time to file your return, but it does not extend the time to pay any taxes owed. If you find yourself needing last-minute help within seven days of a deadline, rush services may be available for a fee starting at $150, depending on scheduling availability. Business tax returns for S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships require a consultation before pricing, as fees vary based on the structure of the business, the complexity of the return, and how the books are maintained.
When Additional Forms Are Needed

1
State Return(s):
$75 per state
State tax returns are prepared at $75 per state. If you’ve lived, worked, or earned income in more than one state, each required state return will be filed separately to ensure everything is reported accurately and in compliance with state guidelines. I’ll walk you through what’s needed and make the process as straightforward as possible, so nothing gets missed.
2
Self-Employment Income (Schedule C): $150 per form
Self-employment income reported on Schedule C is prepared at $150 per form. This includes reviewing income and expenses, identifying common deductions, and making sure everything is reported accurately. Whether you’re a freelancer, contractor, or small business owner, I’ll help ensure your return reflects the full picture of your business while keeping everything compliant and organized.
3
Rental Property Income (Schedule E):
$150 per property
Rental property income reported on Schedule E is $150 per property. This includes reviewing rental income, expenses, depreciation, and any other applicable deductions to ensure everything is reported accurately. Whether you own one property or multiple, I’ll help make sure your return reflects the true performance of your investment while staying compliant and organized.
