Initial Consultation
A complimentary consultation gives us time to discuss what you need help with and how you currently manage your bookkeeping or taxes. You can ask questions, talk through concerns, and see whether TMB is the right fit.
What working together looks like
Bookkeeping
We start by reviewing your current books and setup to understand where things stand. From there, your bookkeeping is handled on the agreed schedule, with updates when information is needed or something requires your attention.
Financial reviews and cash flow guidance included in your package give you time to discuss your numbers and plan ahead.
Tax Preparation & Planning
You receive a document checklist based on your tax situation. During preparation, any missing information or questions are discussed with you.
Once your return is prepared, you have time to review it and ask questions before approving it for filing. Tax planning is also available to help you consider changes in income, estimated payments, and decisions that may affect the year ahead.
Notary Services
For Mobile Notary, Remote Online Notarization (RON), and Notary Signing Agent services, submit an appointment request.
Before confirming your appointment, we go over availability, pricing, and what you need ready. You receive guidance about documents, identification, and any other appointment requirements.
